- ½ cup of baking soda
- 2 cups of Epsom salts
Draw a hot bath, and add the above ingredients. Soak for 30 minutes to ensure that you are able to enjoy all of the benefits of this detox!
Baking Soda Foot Soak

You will need:
- ½ cup of baking soda
- 1 gallon of warm water
